Advanced Certificate in 3H Financial Planning Test

The Advanced Certificate in 3H Financial Planning™, is a continuous professional development program, specifically designed for CFP® professionals, offered by the FP Canada Institute™ . The program offers practical and actionable learning, covering all stages of the financial planning process. The emphasis on 3H - Holistic, Human, Honest - leads to effective client engagement for strong, long-term relationships and translates into tangible client outcomes, while ensuring a commitment to the highest ethical standards. The Advanced Certification in 3H Financial Planning consists of 15 courses. Although the completion of all 15 courses is a requirement to obtain the Advanced Certificate in 3H Financial Planning™ the program offers financial planners the flexibility to choose a pre-defined set of courses called a ‘concentration’. There are a total of eight concentrations • Three skill based concentrations (5 courses per concentration) • Five process stage concentrations (3 courses per concentration) Each coloured section on the outer ring on the badge above represents one completed concentration. Upon successful completion of the entire program, the CFP® professional is awarded the Advanced Certificate in 3H Financial Planning. The Advanced Certification in 3H Financial Planning consists of 15 courses, which comprise three ‘skill concentrations’ that dive deep into a specific skill set, such as human behaviour, and how behavioural economics impacts every stage of the planning process, and five ‘process stage concentrations’ that provide an in-depth understanding of how all 3H concepts apply at any given stage of the planning process The digital badge at the top of this badge has been designed to indicate the number of concentrations completed to date, with each filled-in section of the outer circle representing one skill or process concentration. Upon completion of all eight concentrations, the holder of this digital badge will be awarded the Advanced Certification in 3H Financial Planning.
